We will only hold telephone reservations for 7 days from the date of the phone call – An email will be sent to the person making the call to confirm this.


Once the booking has been confirmed, within the 7 days from the date of the confirmation email a £10 deposit per person must be paid. Deposits must be paid for the correct number of people booked for that date ( e.g. If a table is booked for 10 persons on the 8th Sept then the deposit of £100 needs to be paid no later than the 15th September for all 10 persons). If only £90 is paid then only 9 people will be booked on that date.


Deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.


The final payment must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your chosen date and must be accompanied by a full menu choice.


If your party is a group of more than 15 persons – then you may be asked for a seating plan


If you wish to increase your booking at any time we would like to point out that this may not be possible. However, every effort will be made to accommodate extra guests. Numbers can only be increased (where possible) and not decreased. There is a strict non refundable policy on people not attending.




THE Oaktree offers the date of your function in good faith.
We reserve the right to move any booking to an alternative date should there be any problems, or, should minimum numbers for your
function fall below the requirement.


Prior notice at the earliest opportunity will be given and every assistance in organising alternative arrangements. Deposits will be refunded in full if we change your booking and you don’t want to take the alternative date.

Any loss or damage to The Oaktree’s property is the responsibility of the client in whose name the party is booked.
